CribCheckLet's check this home together.
Show us around. We'll help you spot what matters and build your CribReport as you go.
One walk through the property, at your own pace.
Show us each area. We read the photos for you.
A few taps for the things a photo cannot answer.
Yours alone, unless you choose to share it.
You show. We read. You decide.
Photos for what can be seen. Taps for what must be tested. Your voice for context. CribCheck does the interpreting, and says plainly when something is only a possibility.
Tell us what you're checking
The kind of property, the decision you're about to make, and what matters most to you.
Show us around
Area by area, we ask for a photo and tell you straight away if it's clear enough.
Do a few quick tests
Run the tap. Flush the toilet. Open a window. One tap each.
Ask the agent the right questions
Only the things nobody can see — the meter, the pumping, the flooding.
Before you leave
We show you what's still unresolved while you're still standing inside.
Get your CribReport
Score, your priorities one by one, concerns, photo evidence and what to ask before you pay.
Ready when you get there.
Start before you walk in. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can pause and carry on.
